We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items that cannot be returned
- Gift cards and e-gift cards
- Items marked final sale or clearance
- Opened consumables, baits, and attractants where hygiene or product integrity is affected
- Custom or personalized items
How to start a return
- Email miramarren@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective item.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Defective products may also be covered by our Warranty Policy.
